iCloud Shared Photo Library lets you share photos and videos seamlessly with up to five other people, so everyone can collaborate on the collection and enjoy more complete memories.
With an iPad (iOS 15.5) I created an album named “Test” where I put 3 pics & 1 video that I shared with my iPhone’s Apple ID (iOS 15.3.1).
I accepted the “shared album” but didn’t open the files.
I made iTunes backup of my iPhone.
The four files appear as 5003.jpg thumbnails.

From ZGENERICALBUMTwo days later I opened this album et watched the four files but didn’t launch the vidéo.
Video IMG_0001.mp4 is not present but appears as IMG_001.poster.jpg
IMG_0004.heic appears as IMG_0004.mov and IMG.0004.jpg
The metadata of the IMG_0002.JPG IMG_0003.JPG IMG_0004.JPG/MOV files have been preserved.
I found the date the album was opened in mobile/Media/PhotoData/CPL/cloudphotos-1.0.plist : lastUpdate : date = 28/12/2022 15:41:55 +00:00
All these files -thumbnails included- have the same timestamp (26/12/2022 22:36:11 UTC+1) which corresponds to the time where I agreed the shared album, even I opened it two days later.
